Spray the chips lightly with cooking spray and bake for around 30-40 minutes. It’s a good idea to use a pancake flipper or spatula to turn them after 20 minutes.

While still warm, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.

Both the parsnip chips and parsnip wedges are delicious eaten as is, or served with any of the following yummy dip recipes. Of course, you can also use the same recipe to make tasty sweet potato chips/wedges, beet chips/wedges and carrot chips/wedges!
